Welcome to La TILLAIE! We will be happy to welcome you to our house, a 19th century mansion renovated in 2016. It is built in Crazannes stone, and is the result of a compromise between the traditional "Charentaise" and the bourgeois house. We are located in Pont-Abbé-d'Arnoult, a small town that is alive all year round, ideally situated between Saintes, Royan, Rochefort and Oléron. La Rochelle is 40 minutes away. We have 4 tastefully decorated rooms which are all equipped with Wifi, flat screen TV and coffee machine. Some rooms have a sitting area where you can relax after a busy day. All rooms have a private bathroom. Bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries are provided. There is a shared lounge. Dinner can be served upon prior request. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna where you can relax after a hard day's sightseeing. A bicycle lending service is available on site. Since 11 May, everyone can and wants to go out again. It is important for many of us to "get away from it all", to take our minds off things. In this respect, the Charente-Maritime is an ideal destination. It was essential for me to think about how to welcome you in the next few weeks. It seems obvious, and this despite the few certainties that we have today as much on the "deconfinement" as on the coronavirus itself, that the PRIORITY of priorities is HEALTH SECURITY. Strict obedience to the barrier measures implies changes in our way of life and especially in our "living together". Guest houses are obviously at the forefront of the structures that must evolve to ensure that everyone, you and us, can enjoy stays free of the stress and anxiety of contamination. In fact, you can consult our commitments in terms of organisation and cleaning but also what we will ask you to respect.
