Le clos des Séguineries - Gite Air

In an old Charentaise farmhouse, in the middle of vineyards and fields, we offer 5 comfortable gîtes with heated swimming pool during the summer period on one hectare of fully enclosed land. Le Clos des Séguineries is located in the Romanesque Saintonge, 18 kilometres from Saintes, 30 kilometres from Royan and 35 kilometres from Cognac. Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend rich and varied holidays by mixing rest, playful activities and cultural visits. We propose the Air gîte, very spacious with its 120 m² of ground floor, it can accommodate up to 6 people. You will be seduced by its design: on one side 2 bedrooms, a beautiful shower room (Italian shower) and a living room; in the centre a very large living room and a beautiful space housing the 3rd bedroom, a large shower room (Italian shower) and its dressing room. Finally, a veranda - dining room - kitchen complete the whole and give onto a beautiful terrace (40 m² - garden table, parasol and deckchairs), with a small garden and view of the estate. The Clos des Séguineries is entirely enclosed and you can enjoy a large green space with games (table tennis, petanque, etc..), and the heated swimming pool from June to September to share with the holidaymakers of the Clos des Séguineries. During the summer season, the AIR gîte is available for rent from Sunday.
