The house, which can accommodate 6 people, consists of a separate kitchen on the ground floor, a living/dining room and a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (including 2 double beds and 2 single beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. Gallo-Roman remains (aqueduct) being developed in the commune. A visit to Saintes, a city of art and history, is a must, with its Gallo-Roman monuments, Roman churches and museums. We are less than an hour from the sea, Royan and its beaches, the Gironde estuary. Through the Charente valley you can reach Cognac, visit the cellars of the great names in cognac, then travel through the vineyards. One hour from the island of Oléron, La Rochelle, the Poitevin marshes and its boat trips. Free Wifi from June to September.
