The valley of the Seugne is lined with alluvial forests and marshes. We say here "Seugnes" because the river is scattered in multiple arms. It thus forms a green flow where traces of this nourishing water remain (mills, harbors ...). This valley is home to endangered species such as the European pond turtle (small aquatic turtle), the mink and the European otter. Irises, orchids, wild tulips bloom in the wet marsh. Verdant and calm, the valley of the Seugne is a real pleasure for the fishermen and the walkers.
