Gourmet brasserie menu, seafood specialties and choucroute, two minutes walk from the Abbaye aux Dames. Well-known since the mid-1950s, the Chez Louis brewery has always been a family place with a warm and friendly atmosphere where locals liked to meet up over a good meal or a beer. A must for traditional Sunday meals or the end of markets, the "brasserie" spirit has endured. In 1989, the company was renamed Brasserie Louis in the commercial register and over the years and the owners, the establishment has changed little, accompanied by loyal customers.
