Festival OFF de Saintes

First edition of the OFF. The association: Festival OFF de Saintes wishes to promote an "OFF" festival during the classical music season in Saintes, in order to open up this musical genre and its musicians to as many people as possible. Make it easier for musicians and anyone else who might be interested to meet up at performance venues.
