Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside; relax on the semi-covered terrace or in the large, tree-lined garden. A stone and brick barbecue is available for your use.
The house is a semi-detached, single-storey property with 2 bedrooms, sleeping 5 people plus a baby (the cot can be replaced with an 80 cm extra bed). It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine.
The house is situated on a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic.
You’ll be close to Saintes, a ‘Town of Art and History’ with a rich ancient past, and just an hour from the beaches. It’s also not far from St Jean d’Angely.
Weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday.
Extra touches: new bedding on all beds, new kitchen appliances. Everything you need for a baby (cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, toilet seat reducer, potty) and a pushchair available to borrow.
