The house is semi-detached, on one level, with 2 bedrooms for 5 people and a baby (the cot can be replaced by an extra 80 cm bed). There is a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a storeroom with washing machine.
The house is located on a dead-end road, so there is little vehicular traffic.
You'll be close to Saintes, a town of art and history with a rich ancient past, and just an hour from the beaches. Also not far from St Jean d'Angely.
Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday.
Little extras: new bedding in all beds, new household appliances. Everything for baby (bed, high chair, changing mat, bath, toilet seat reducer, potty) and possibility of lending a pushchair.
Books, comics and board games.
Loan of bicycles (3 adults, one 8/12 year old and one 6/7 year old). There is also a storage room for your bicycles.
