Gîte de la Touche

It is at the heart of their farm that Sylvie and Vincent welcome you to their high-capacity gîte. It is an ideal place to many meetings with family or friends in any season. Located in Saintonge Romane, a few kilometres from Saintes, this furnished accommodation opened in 2006, is located in the village of Saint Georges des Coteaux, within the owners' farm. The accommodation is on 2 levels and adjoins the owners' house. This gîte can accommodate 12 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms. It has its own private car park, a terrace at the back of the building, as well as a vast garden with trees or grass, entirely enclosed, and a sheltered swimming pool of 9.5 m x 4.5 m (not adapted). The furnished accommodation is equipped with : - On the ground floor: an open-plan kitchen, a living room, 1 accessible bedroom (double bed), a shower room in the bedroom and 2 private toilets (one of which is adapted for PRMs near the laundry room). - Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, 1 bathroom. Room 2: 2 single beds + 2 bunk beds, Room 3 and room 4: double bed, Room 5: 2 single beds. A telephone/fax with magnetic loop and flashing light is available to the occupants of the furnished accommodation. A welcome guide provides all practical information: emergency numbers, instructions for the use of household appliances, days of rubbish collection, market days, tourist information, etc.
