In an old Charentais farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards and fields, we offer 5 charming, comfortable, air-conditioned gîtes with heated swimming pool from June to September, set in a hectare of fully enclosed grounds to share. Le Clos des Séguineries is located in the Romanesque Saintonge region near Saintes, Royan and Cognac. Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, the ocean, rivers, estuaries, etc., you'll enjoy a rich and varied holiday combining relaxation, fun activities and cultural visits. L'EAU is a 90 m² gîte, perfect for 4 or 5 people. Upstairs, two mezzanine bedrooms with sloping ceilings. On the ground floor, a large living room (exposed beams and stonework), a kitchen-dining area and a shower room (Italian shower - washbasin - WC). Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and a private small garden.
