This spacious totally detached house has been tastefully renovated and can comfortably accomodate up to 20 persons. This rural stopover offers its guests a place conducive to relaxation and convivial activities. In the shade of the bioclimatic pergola, in a deckchair, you will appreciate the atmosphere of quietude and wellbeing, in tune with the rhythm of nature. The vast outdoor spaces invite you to breathe and naturally lend themselves to recreational activities, such as volleyball, table football, football, petanque, table tennis... During your stay you can also go for walks or bike rides in the surrounding countryside. Close to the beautiful town of Saintes, the gîte is a central starting point for exploring Royan, Cognac, Rochefort, La Rochelle, the Atlantic coast and the islands of Charente: Ré, Oléron, Aix, Madame. Ideal rental for family and friends meetings: the living room can be arranged to receive up to 25 people at table. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, laundry room, very comfortable beds. Courtyard, playground for children (swings), outdoor furniture, deckchairs. The gîte is 5 minutes from the town of Saintes and its shops. Minimum stay = 2 days.
