In Saintonge Romane, in the heart of the village of PONT L'ABBE D'ARNOULT, Edwige BAUDRY proposes you a pontilabian stopover in one of her three rooms in a part of her house with an independent entrance and the possibility to welcome cyclists and bikers. Situated 22km from Saintes, 17km from Rochefort, 27km from Ile d'Oléron and 35km from Royan, an ideal location for visiting our region: the heart of Saintonge and Roman Saintonge, the coast and the islands. All rooms overlook the garden and the old moat. You will enjoy the peace and quiet. On the first floor, on the same landing, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private shower room and WC: - The first bedroom, "Hermione", sleeps 2 (140 cm bed). - The coastal-inspired "Bord de mer" room for 2 people (two 90cm beds), These two rooms can form a family suite: 2 adults and 2 young children aged 4 to 12 inclusive. Ground floor: - The "Les Douves" room, with direct access to the garden, for two people (140 cm bed) with private shower room and separate WC. Hearty breakfasts with homemade jams are served under the veranda opening onto a landscaped garden with flowers. For cyclists and motorcyclists, the garage is a safe place to store your two wheels. The Roue Blanche, a local cycle route, is connected to the Flow vélo linking Thiviers (Dordogne) to Ile d'Aix and the Vélodyssée, a cycle route between Roscoff (Brittany) and Hendaye (Basque Country).
