This charming gîte has all the amenities you need for a comfortable, independent stay. Located on the first floor, access to the accommodation is facilitated by an external lift that meets PRM standards, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the property. The gîte's large terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the local way of life, whether you're having breakfast at sunrise or admiring the sunset during a peaceful dinner in the open air. The accommodation has two spacious bedrooms, furnished to a high standard, with 90cm twin beds that can be combined into a double bed to provide a comfortable sleeping area. A large shower room, designed to be functional and practical, completes the interior layout chosen to facilitate mobility for all. If you're travelling with a larger group, you can combine this with a second gîte on the second and third floors, capable of accommodating a further 10 people. Saint-Sauvant is situated in the Coran valley, an emblematic place in the history of mankind; it was 2 km north of the village that the skeleton of "Pierrette", a 35,000-year-old Neanderthal, was discovered in 1979.
