Villa Mamba is a small manor house dating from the late 19th century. The interior offers 4 guest bedrooms and spacious, light-filled living rooms. The exterior of 3800m2 is planted with flowers and trees, with parking, terraces and a saltwater swimming pool that enjoys constant sunshine. Located in the manor house, the guest rooms are all decorated in a chic cottage style, with en suite shower rooms and access to the convivial area: lounge, dining room and a small sitting room with a pool table. The 4 rooms are named after couple dances that originated in countries where travelling is a pleasure. The Mambo and Salsa rooms are located on the 1st floor of the manor house, each measuring 26 m2, and are bright with 2 beautiful windows. An extra 90x190 bed is available on request in these two rooms. The Tango and Rumba rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the manor house, each measuring 22 m2. These rooms have sloping ceilings, through-rooms, high ceilings and a splendid roof frame, making them very charming. All rooms have a queen-size bed (160x200) with a mattress specially designed for a good night's sleep and French bed linen. A Wi-Fi connection with fibre and a desk area will allow you to work in comfort if you need to. And when you need to escape, a quick glance out of the window will give you a privileged view of the Charente countryside. In the room, you'll find a range of facilities including a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels and water. Breakfast, made with fresh, seasonal produce, preferably from local producers, is served in the guest room. The manor house can also be rented as a gîte. A maximum of 8 adults and 2 children can then enjoy the four spacious bedrooms. These rooms are equipped with top-of-the-range bedding, and bed linen and towels are provided. The various living areas allow you to prepare tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen, read by the fire, watch television, play board games or pool in the small lounge. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property also boasts a 3800m2 outdoor space planted with trees and flowers, including a magnificent hundred-year-old lime tree, a large field for playing ball, badminton or pétanque, and various terraces for meals or simply relaxing and chatting. You can also enjoy the 11m x 5m salt-treated swimming pool, which is always sunny and surrounded by fields. Access is secure and the pool is open at set times (children remain the responsibility of their parents).
