Farol knives

Manufacture of cutlery since 1996 in La Rochelle. Certified "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company). For nearly 30 years, Farol has been designing and manufacturing knives with a soul, that of the sea, in its Rochelais workshops. Each knife is crafted with attention to detail to create an exceptional object. Farol has been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" label for its remarkable know-how since 2013. Each step in the manufacturing process is carried out with passion and exacting standards. Woodwork for the handle, steel for the blade and leatherwork for the cases. The historic workshop-boutique is located at l'Encan, in a former fishmonger's hut at the port's fish auction, a stone's throw from the La Rochelle Aquarium. The main workshop and boutique are located in the port district of La Pallice.
