Cognac, pineau, cocktails, red, rosé and white wines - Villars-les-Bois Laurence, Jean-Marie, Julie and Marie who share their passion for their profession with us How do you understand family tradition? Tradition is the basis! It is what allows us to express our specificities from solid foundations. First our grandparents, then our parents and finally my sister and I, have been and still are in this logic of trying to stand out by offering products that are a little off the beaten track. From the vine to direct sales, everything is grown, harvested, pressed, vinified, distilled and packaged on the property. Can you explain this idea of "offbeat tradition"? We like to innovate! My grandmother created her first cocktail in the 1970s, an original recipe which was followed a few years later by three new drinks with a strong character based on cognac. We also have a very elegant pineau rosé. Finally, we have chosen original, sober packaging - bottles and labels - which is our signature!
